Hi and welcome!

My name is Sheryl Page and I am a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist (CBT therapist), coach and speaker.

I deliver 1:1 therapy sessions as well as group therapy and workshops for adults. I also deliver presentations and can speak at events on a number of psychological topics and topics around health and wellbeing.

I have worked as a therapist in the NHS for around 8 years now so I have lots of experience. I have also worked as a carer, volunteered with a prison and worked for IESO delivering online typed CBT.

I love connecting with people and I am very grateful to those who choose to work with me.

In my spare time I love being active, this includes sports, dancing, gym, running, swimming, anything that involves moving my body and I am there. Last year I challenged myself and joined a running club and competed in Hyrox for the first time. I also love spending time with my close friends and family including my wonderful parents, 3 sisters, nieces and nephews. We enjoy travelling and walking the dogs.

My Story

As a child I was always very sociable and some would say extroverted. I found it easy to connect with others and make friends. In fact in secondary school I got told I 'talked too much' and this is on many school reports. As an adult I became aware of this 'skill' of communication and decided to pursue a career as a psychologist.

As a child I was interested in psychology and mindset as I was always sporty and ambitious.

For many years I was a professional dancer and competed in competitions around the world. As I was a fussy eater I struggled at times to manage my diet and this would sometimes affect my performance. For a short period I had some unhealthy habits around food and my body image as a teenager. Through my own self development I healed my relationship with food and my body and now I love food and working out.

Initially I wanted to be a psychologist in and eating disorders service.  However after completing my psychology degree and working as a CBT therapist I found I loved working with people in other areas and having variety.
